No. One offer applies per job, and it cannot be combined with another promotion or with a discount already granted on a quote. If two offers could match your situation, we apply whichever is most favourable to you.
Mention it when you book: say it on the phone, write it in your WhatsApp message, or put it in the description of your quote request. The code must be given before the work — it cannot be applied to an invoice that has already been issued.
Offers apply across our whole service area: the 19 municipalities of Brussels, Wallonia and Flanders. The €35 travel charge stays the same wherever you are within that area.
Unless the wording of the offer says otherwise, a promotion applies to the labour and not to spare parts, which are charged at their price. The quote shows the two lines separately, before work begins.
Each offer shows its end date on this page when it has one. With no date shown, the offer runs until it is taken off this page. What counts is the date of your appointment, not the date of the invoice.
Yes, as long as the offer covers the type of work requested. An emergency is treated as a priority and, in Brussels, we aim to be with you within 2 hours; the offer is applied to the quote exactly as it would be for a planned appointment.
A promotion is a one-off helping hand, not the reason to call a heating engineer. What makes the difference over a whole year is a price published in advance, a travel charge that does not change from one municipality to the next, and a system serviced before it breaks down.
