A company, not a platform
Many of the callout numbers you find online are not tradesmen at all: they are middlemen who sell your call on to the first available engineer. You know neither who will ring your doorbell nor how the invoice was worked out.
Chauffitherm works the other way round. The company is registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number 0669.686.812, its office is at Rue Kasterlinden 65 in 1082 Berchem-Sainte-Agathe, and it is run by Abdelmajid El Makhoukhi. When you call, that is the company you reach.
That is also what explains how we charge: a flat €35 travel charge, from Brussels to Flanders, with no surcharge in the evening, at weekends or on public holidays. The cost of the work is stated and agreed before anything starts.

Heating and sanitary work are two neighbouring trades that most firms keep apart. We cover both, which saves you coordinating two contractors for the same problem.
- Boiler repairs, 7 days a week and 24 hours a day
- Annual servicing with the certificate handed over on site
- Installation and replacement of condensing boilers
- Central heating: radiators, circulating pump, expansion vessel
- Domestic hot water and cylinders
- Plumbing: leaks, taps, connections
- Unblocking pipes, toilets and drains
- Power flushing of the circuit and chimney sweeping
If your request falls outside these areas, we will tell you straight rather than take it on regardless.

Nothing starts until the amount has been stated and agreed. No discoveries when the invoice arrives.
The certificate handed over on site
The document your insurer and your landlord require is given to you at the end of the visit, not sent weeks later.
A single travel charge
€35 on weekdays as at weekends, at night and on public holidays, whatever the distance. Any surcharges on the work itself are published on the prices page — nothing appears on the invoice that is not listed there.
